Sūrya Namaskāra ~ Embodiment of Body & Breath . To bow before or salute the sun, implies an action of gratitude and respect, feel this as you practice, it can lead to inner lightness and heart opening.
Surrendering to our age old dependence of distractions of outer influence.
Turning inwards , we use the breath to keep our focus , to tune into the currents and sensations .

Whenever we are faced with any stressful situations, the first thing we notice is how it affects the way in which we breathe. When we are able to switch from a shallow, rapid, breath to slow diaphragmatic breathing, we bathe the nervous system and calm the mind.
Classes are suitable for all abilities from total beginners to those more familiar with breath work.
Perhaps it could be your opportunity to change your reality in just a small way, to start the day feeling more positive, a little more joyful and feeling connected to others wearing their pyjamas. Do you REST enough?
Many confuse Yoga with exercise or being flexible, or some form of self torture forcing the body into a place it resists wanting to be.
What about being in a state of allowing? Feeling the power of the breath v force? It can be embodied meditation a means to feel more present.
