Stop with the negatives and try to speak to yourself with positivity! πŸ’–

If you start telling yourself that you CAN do anything, you will surprise yourself at how much you CAN do! πŸ₯°

Go for that extra push up, or extra few seconds holding the plank, whatever it may be that you THINK you can’t do, you CAN πŸ’ͺ🏼
