Client Transformation ๐Ÿ˜๐Ÿ˜๐Ÿ˜

Words can not express how proud I am of her and what a pleasure it is to work with her on her goals. ๐Ÿฅน

She is dedicated and consistent but has enjoyed holidays, and yummy food.

She has learned consistency and balance ๐ŸคŒ๐Ÿฝ are key ๐Ÿ—๏ธand is still enjoying the process.

15kg down and maintaining her results with a great relationship with food and alcohol.
We didnโ€™t take away socials but we was more on top of what to do with the build up so we can enjoy up and coming events with friends and family.

Plus an other few holidays coming up which we are now feeling our best for ๐Ÿ‘™

I think you can all agree she is bossing it ๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿผ๐Ÿ‘ธ๐Ÿป

As I always say it is about sustainability and making it a lifestyle.

NEVER underestimate a woman focused on becoming the best version of herself ๐Ÿ˜

WHAT A TRANSFORMATION! ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿฝnot only of physique but of MINDSET. No crazy restrictions, no โ€˜bannedโ€™ foods, no more negative self talk and no more focusing on the โš–๏ธ!!โฃโฃ

Over 10kg lost and her confidence is NEXT LEVEL. Yass queen!!๐Ÿ‘ธ๐Ÿป ๐Ÿ’ฏ she has trusted the process, kept consistent and transformed her mindset and lifestyle. Not every week has been perfect, there have been some hurdles and challenges along the way as progress isnโ€™t linear.

She still had fun on the weekends. She did what she could. And we got it freaking done.๐Ÿ™Œ๐Ÿฝ

Just WOW!!! WHAT A TRANSFORMATION! ๐Ÿ˜๐Ÿ˜๐Ÿ˜

Can you believe that she is weighing almost the same here? ๐Ÿซข
This is a perfect example of body recomposition (gaining muscle + simultaneously losing some body fat)

We started to work together mid April. YES! 2.5 months ago and look what we have created! ๐Ÿฅน๐Ÿ˜๐Ÿ˜๐Ÿ˜

Her no.1 goal was to get in shape for her holiday. ๐Ÿ‘™I think we nailed it!๐Ÿ™Œ๐Ÿฝ๐Ÿ’œ๐Ÿค

We worked out a sustainable calorie deficit (whilst still eating all the foods she loves!) hitting a daily step count and completing 2x weekly workouts with me in person plus some of the classes at the gym. ๐Ÿ‹๐Ÿฝโ€โ™€๏ธ

Now not only has she transformed her physique, but her routine and mindset plus huge boost in confidence ๐Ÿ’ซ and she is shocked at what sheโ€™s managed to achieve.๐Ÿฅฐ

She worked extremely hard and been so consistent. ๐Ÿ’œ A dream client that every coach wants. ๐Ÿ™๐Ÿฝ๐Ÿฅน๐Ÿ’œ๐Ÿค

This is Annabelleโ€™s very first Bikini Prep ๐Ÿ‘™and as her Coach, I can honestly say she is the ideal Client. ๐Ÿ’œ

She's following my instructions to a T, which means (shock, horror), I'm able to monitor her effectively and understand her body better.๐Ÿ‘Œ๐Ÿฝ

It is an absolute joy as a coach when your client takes the food plans, the exercise instruction and puts maximum effort in because you know ๐Ÿ’ฏ they will see results!

There are no complaints.

She follows instructions.

As and when I think she's ready for any adjustments, she takes them on board and just puts in the work.๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿฝ

๏ฟฝ7weeks in and she's responding very well to the diet changes we've implemented over her time in the prep programme so far.

We've quite a way to go yet, which makes it all the more exciting!

Client Transformation ๐Ÿ’ซ๐Ÿ’œ

Week 1 โ€”> Week 5

I donโ€™t even know where to begin with this oneโ€ฆ but all I can say is I am so extremely proud. ๐Ÿฅน๐Ÿ’œ

This lovely client of mine is one of the most dedicated, hardest work, ambitious clients I have ever had!!๐Ÿ™๐Ÿฝ

She never skipped a week of scheduled trainings, was always honest about her nutrition and never missed a check in!๐Ÿ—“๏ธ

She always attacked her weekly goals head on, and was always determined to improve each week!!

Itโ€™s only been about 5 weeks and I could see the change in her confidenceโ€ฆ
That is truly one of the most rewarding feeling as a coach. ๐Ÿ™๐Ÿฝ
FYI, I am not a cheerleader type of coach. I will tell you how it is because I want the best for you and I want you to succeed! At the end of the day, only YOU can put the work in, in order to get the results that YOU want. I can give you the tools and guidance but I cannot put the work in for you. When hiring a personal trainer/coach, you need to understand that this isnโ€™t temporary. This is a change in your lifestyle! So be prepared to start making those changes.

This improvement season goals is that actually grow some decent pony legs before I even think about stepping back on stage.

I am going to enjoy every leg day in pursuit of growing some joooooocy glutes and hams for 2023 ๐Ÿ‘

The hardest part about competing for me is not the prep. It is the post prep.

It is having to deal with super high stress stuff and not give into the temptations of โ€œregularโ€ ways of dealing with stress (ie.food). When in prep I am forced to deal with life head on; I can not deviate from my diet or training. But when not in prep, I have to deal with my demonsโ€ฆ ALL OF THEM. This s**t isnโ€™t for the faint of heart! I love being lean, I love looking into the mirror and being like, โ€œok! I see youโ€. Now I look into the mirror and once again see all my flaws and all my demons.

Butโ€ฆ I love a challenge. If I give in to my temptations, I love starting over the next day with a new slate. Trying to figure out what triggered me to give in and see if next time I can tell myself to โ€f**k off, youโ€™re better than that.โ€ Self love is hard. For those that TRULY posses itโ€ฆ I admire you. For those that fake itโ€ฆ I also admire you but, I see you! We all have or flaws, our addictions, and our reasons. No one knows what we have to deal with in our own heads except ourselves.
