I am proud to be able to support the Children's Hospice South West.

I will be running a Krav Maga self defence workshop as part of a 12 hour charity event to raise funds for the hospice.

The event is in Bideford on 7th June run by Combat Jujitsu Ryu at Kingsley School. It would be great to see some of my network there. You never know you might find your new martial art there are lots of different types attending

Our hoodies come in navy, purple and of course black 😉🤣

You don't need to wear our kit to come and train. Just loose fitting gear, trainers and bring some water.

Great fun, plenty of banter and of course lots of great training.

Purple hoodie is optional 💜

Training last night in Westhoughton. No time to shave with a 6.30am gym session this morning. 👊 Far too warm in the gym so I did my ab exercises in the garden 😁

If you want to learn self defence now is an ideal time to start with lots of new classes

We run classes at The Hub At Westhoughton , Reddish, Radcliffe, Eccles and soon in Sale.

Krav Maga uses the bodies natural movements in its techniques and is easy to learn and apply.

Come and have a try.

First lesson is free so nothing other than than ime to invest. I am sure you will love it.

Side effects are getting fitter, without knowing it, becoming more aware, laughing, a lot, and meeting a great bunch of people.

What a fantastic session. I got so involved in teaching some students I had not seen in a long time.

You know it was a good session when you leave a perfect logo sweat mark on the mat 🤣

I was so into teaching that I forgot to take any pictures or video footage.
