**COMBINED TRAINING**

Unfortunately, our entries are really low for this show😢we had a lot if people ask for this and sadly the uptake just isn't there at the moment.

We have special rosettes and even sashes for this - they've arrived and they're so cool - but very few entries so far.

We've even put on a straight dressage and straight showjumping option if you really don't fancy doing both - but why not give it a go?

Dressage out on our lovely big flat field - perfect practice for eventers and show people alike! A super friendly and encouraging, very experienced, listed BD judge to comment on your tests. Callers available.

Showjumping in our large custom built arena - Jump4Joy jumps and fillers - and nothing scary in the lower height classes!

At Dairyhouse Farm Events, we pride ourselves on a friendly and supportive atmosphere to develop your confidence. First timers very welcome!

Love to jump and flick your toes in the dressage arena? This is the perfect event for you!

Not keen on dancing but love to fly? We have some straight SJ classes - but why not go out of your comfort zone and give the CT a try?

Don’t want to leave the ground? We’ve got an intro and a prelim just for you.

You could even make it a mini event and book for a ride around our farm ride where there’s some XC jumps!

I've had a few messages of what the combined training will entail 👇

1️⃣ - You will compete in the dressage phase. This will be scored like an eventing test, so a 70% score is the equivalent to 30 penalties
2️⃣ - You will then jump around a course of 10 to 12 fences in the show jumping phase. Faults will be added onto your dressage penalties
3️⃣ - The combination with the lowest penalties will win 🏆

There is also a chance to compete in each phase individually, but spaces are limited!

We are on the run up to our first ever combined training show on the 21st June 2026! Dressage will be ran on grass, and the show jumping will be ran in the arena, with two separate warm up areas for each element.

We are super happy that Ride & Shine Equine Laundry, and Bernie&Bear have kindly sponsored the classes during the day - we appreciate your support 😁

Each class will be placed up to 6th, with sashes and potential prize money for the class winners 🏆

**TRAILBLAZERS 2ND ROUNDS**

Entries are now open for our Trailblazers Championships 2nd rounds!

Of course, you don't need to be trying to qualify to enter - you are all still very welcome.

Entries close at 10am on Thursday 30th April. They will then remain open (with an additional late fee) until 12 noon on Friday 1st May, when they will close and no further entries will be accepted.

It is likely to be a busy day! We are without our superstar writer Emily on this occasion, so we are also looking for someone to write for our lovely judge - can you or any of your friends help us out?
