Despite what some may believe- getting really fu£&ing strong doesn’t make you look bulky or big!

It just means you can do really cool s**t for as long as you live!

If the big gyms just aren’t doing it for you- come see what a proper experience is all about.

Don’t hang about though, we’re genuinely running out of spots.

And before you go down the road of thinking she’s got it easy some how, she hasn’t.

Family, full time work and had plenty of injuries try and throw her of course, but she just keeps on trucking 💪🏻💯👍🏼😎

You don’t need more motivation…
You need momentum.

Because let’s be honest…
Most people aren’t stuck because they don’t know what to do.
They’re stuck because they’re not doing it consistently enough.

Training ✔️
Nutrition ✔️
Sleep ✔️
Steps ✔️

It’s the boring stuff… done well… again and again.

That’s where the magic is.

And here’s the truth most won’t tell you:
👉 You’re probably just 2–6 weeks away from feeling like a completely different person.

More energy.
Stronger in the gym.
Leaner.
Clearer head.

But only if you lock in now.

Not Monday.
Not next month.
Now.

At the risk of pi***ng a few of you off…

This has come up even more for me this week.

In conversations with clients, and people potentially looking to work with us.

And I had a real revelation moment on a call with a lady the other day.

So I want to share it with you.

The biggest single difference between those that actually get somewhere with all of this…

And those that don’t?

It’s simple.

One prioritises their training each week before anything else in their diary.

The other doesn’t.

That’s it.

It’s the difference between thinking “I don’t have time”…

And instead making time, then fitting everything else around it.

That’s what we truly mean when we say it’s a shift in priorities.

Because that’s exactly what it is.

Now here’s where people push back…

“I wouldn’t train at 6am.”

“I’m not one of those people.”

But here’s the truth.

Those people don’t want to get up at 5am either.

They’re not die-hard try-hards.

It’s just the only time of day where nobody wants something from them.

No kids.

No work.

No chaos.

It’s the only time they can guarantee it actually gets done.

Is it their first choice?

No.

Does it get easier?

Yes.

Does it give them their whole day back and a sense of accomplishment?

Absolutely.

But they’re not special.

They’ve just decided it matters.

And I’ll be honest with you…

I don’t have all the answers.

Running a business, kids, life, stress…

I get it.

But I do know this:

When I prioritise my training first, it happens.

When I don’t… it usually doesn’t.

And when I train consistently?

I’m a better person.

Less stressed.

More confident.

Happier in myself.

And that spills into everything.

Work.

Family.

Relationships.

Everything.

You might be shattered.

It might be the last thing you want to do.

But if it means it gets done…

And you build consistency quicker and easier…

That’s the game.

Not perfection.

Not motivation.

Just priorities.

Thursday PM highlights… and what a week it’s been.

The gym has been buzzing.

PBs left, right and centre. The bell hasn’t stopped ringing all week.

Now look… not everyone hits personal bests every session, and that’s not the goal.

But here’s the thing…

Tracking them matters.

Because over time, those small improvements add up.
More weight. More reps. Better control.

That’s how you know you’re:
✔ Getting stronger
✔ Building muscle
✔ Actually progressing (not just “working hard”)

It might not feel dramatic day to day…
But zoom out, and it tells a very different story.

So I’ll ask you…

Meet Mark! 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼

When Mark started with us at RBT he just needed a little direction- had dabbled with Keto, thinking he needed to remove carbs to get his body fat down.

We gave him some structure with his diet (including carbs) and he’s absolutely flown.

What I really love about his results are they truly show what 3 months of consistency looks like- nothing drastic, no crazy restrictions!

He’s got super fit and strong in that time also! 💪🏻🙌🏼👏🏼
