After a wonderful week supporting yoga teachers in training with at the beautiful Trigonos, I'm feeling deeply grateful.
Trigonos offers the time and space to slow down, reconnect with nature, ourselves, and each other. Through practice, breath, reflection and community, we explored ways to support and cultivate our life force energy, allowing prana to flow more freely and consciously through all aspects of our lives.
There is something truly special about stepping away from the busyness of everyday life and remembering the simple power of connection, presence and being.
I'm now back and looking forward to practising with you all this week.
