We’ve restructured our teen programme to deliver real progression, not just sessions.
🥊 Monday 5PM - Performance Session
🧠 Wednesday 5PM - Technical Session
Focused on building fitness, discipline, and real boxing ability in a structured environment.
Ages 12–16
Limited to 20 per session
