Friday afternoon & all the fun of a fair. Thanks to Tom P at BVCC for letting some of the gang have time on the circuit. Well done to those who tried hard to complete the course πŸ‘πŸ‘πŸ‘

πŸ’š REINTRODUCING OUR STAFF TEAM πŸ’š

Putting names to faces for our family and carers so they know who is here to support our service users each day.

Along with our regular staff team, we are proud to provide the opportunity for Junior Volunteers to gain experience throughout the holidays. This has, for years, been such a positive experience for both staff and service users.

If anyone has any questions, please get in touch with us and we’d be happy to chat!

We recently ventured to Denzell Gardens and the Devisdale which is right on our doorstep! The group enjoyed walking Eric and collecting huge pinecones that we’ll use later in the year for crafts πŸƒ 🐾

πŸ’š STAFF UPDATE πŸ’š
We wanted to share a little update with everyone we support, families and carers, as three familiar faces have recently moved on from our day service.

Jes has made the decision not to return following her maternity leave, to spend time with her two young children. πŸ‘Ά

Scott has taken the well-earned step into retirement and has moved to Wales. 🏑

Amy has taken an exciting step and has left to open her very own day service. 🌟

We will miss them all very much and are incredibly thankful for everything they have given to our service and the people we support over the years they have spent at the Pavilion Project.

Change can sometimes be difficult, but we want everyone to know that the team here remains committed to providing the same care, support, laughter and opportunities that make our service what it is.

We wish all of the ladies the best of luck in their next chapters of life. It’s not goodbye for good, just see you soon as they will always be welcome to pop by to visit πŸ’š

One of our main focuses has always been keeping fit and this has continued throughout the warm weather with air conditioned boxing sessions, shaded fun team games, cycling and gentle stretching, yoga and meditation 🧘🚲πŸ₯Šβš½οΈπŸ

We love to make the most of our beautiful surroundings while also continuing to visit our friends at Simply Cycling and Timperley Community Amateur Boxing Club.

We have taken extra precautions with sun cream and hats and the group have stayed well hydrated with lots of water breaks and time to keep cool in the shade/indoors β˜€οΈ

Making the most of our Dunham Massey community pass during this beautiful weather β˜€οΈπŸ¦ŒπŸŒ³πŸŒΉ

Over the last few weeks we have enjoyed spotting deer, smelling the beautiful flowers in the rose garden and playing garden games.

We have been getting inspiration for our own wild garden, noticing which flowers attracted bees and butterflies while also feeling the textures of some plants and spotting the growing vegetables too!

Our eco & wildlife garden is coming along nicely with the help of Rick & Marc from BVCC, Tom, Ellis & service users from PP. It takes a lot of time & hard work to plan & develop such a wonderful & beneficial space. We are facilitating community links, developing work skills & building confidence. Thanks to everyone involved. We are immensely proud of you all. πŸͺπŸ¦‹πŸŒΌπŸͺ»πŸ₯€πŸ¦‹πŸͺ
