Boys will play Repton, Taunton Vale and City of York in their pool.

Girls will play Surbiton, Reading and Leeds in their pool.

Congratulations to our U16 Girls who won the North West Indoor Competition today and qualify for the National finals in January.

This means that both Bowdon Boys and Girls represent at U16 age group, with both U18s teams narrowly missing qualification too.

Thanks to all coaches and volunteers for your help introducing our younger players to Indoor Hockey. ❤️🖤

LAST LEAGUE WEEKEND RESULTS OF 2024

A couple of games were postponed due to Storm Darragh, so well done to all those who played, umpired and supported in difficult conditions.

Great result for M2s and particular highlights on Sunday too:
- Mixed team winning in the T1 Mixed Cup
U18 Boys finishing 2nd in the Junior Indoor Tournament
and U16 Boys winning their tournament so progressing to the National finals in January.

Our Juniors have taken part in three North West region Indoor tournaments over the last two weeks with brilliant results.

The U16 Boys became NW Champions today after wins vs and . They now progress to the National finals in Derby on 11 January.

Our U18 Boys and Girls finished second with very narrow losses in the finals of their respective competitions. We look forward to seeing how our U16 girls do this weekend in their competition.

A weekend of tight margins in several competitive games this weekend. Congratulations especially to Men’s 6s, 8s and 9s on their performances.

Brilliant results for our 045s with both Men’s and Women’s teams achieving impressive wins in the first round of the T1 Cup.

Well done to our U18 Girls Indoor team who played very well in the Indoor finals. Top goal scorers but unfortunately not quite the results to make it to the national finals. 👏👏👏

RESULTS

Our Women’s teams were undefeated this week with 24 goals between them 🔥 Other highlights were much needed wins for both Men’s and Women’s 6s and another big performance by Men’s 7s.

Unfortunately a few games postponed due to the weather.

We celebrated a big win for our M1s on Saturday vs gaining 3 much wanted points as they go into the last game of ‘24 next weekend.

Strong wins for M2s, W3s, M5s, W5s and M7s keeps them competing for the top of their respective leagues ❤️🖤

It’s brilliant to also see the 70+ juniors who play friendly squads getting stronger and representing Bowdon so well each week too 👏

Our Men’s 1s are on the road to take on Beeston for a 6pm push back. Come on lads!! 👊👊
