Tight hamstrings? This one's for you 🌿

A short sequence you can do at home β€” no blocks needed, just grab a book from your shelf.

We begin with 5 breaths to calm the nervous system and arrive in the body.

Then we move through:
🌿 Half fold
🌿 Half way split
🌿 Pyramid pose

Hold each side for 5 breaths and notice how your body responds.

Your hamstrings affect everything β€” your posture, your lower back, how you move through your day. A few minutes of this goes a long way.
