Sometimes you must take a step back and see whats missing. Commonly its the nutritional side of your needs that are overlooked.

What actually is fitness?

HIERARCHY OF DEVELOPMENT 🏋️‍♂️⚡

1️⃣ Nutrition: The foundation. Quality food fuels metabolism and supports muscle, bone, and nervous system health. Without proper nutrition, progress will be limited.

2️⃣ Cardiovascular Conditioning: Without a solid base of cardio, fatigue sets in fast, limiting strength and performance. It’s key for sustained success in any sport.

3️⃣ Gymnastics/Body Control: Master your own body before controlling external objects. Strength, flexibility, coordination, and balance are crucial for movement efficiency.

4️⃣ External Object Control: Once you’ve mastered body control, move on to lifting, throwing, and mastering external objects—this is where power transfer and sport-specific skills are built.

5️⃣ Sport-Specific Skills: Once all foundations are solid, fine-tune your skills and adapt to the specific demands of your sport.
