Today marks 11 years as an affiliate. You’ve changed the lives of each and every coach that’s worked in the building. Thank each and every one every one of you who have took the opportunity to train with us.

Sometimes it just needs a bit of structure.
If training has felt rushed, inconsistent, or harder than it should lately:
Pick 2–3 sessions per week
Stick to similar class times
Focus on learning, not chasing intensity
That’s it.
Small structure creates momentum again.
