Mixed martial arts classes at The Ark in Alvechurch every Tuesday night 6.30pm -7.30pm

Teaching a mixture of self defence and martial arts using various techniques from different arts such as Jujitsu, Judo, Karate, Kickboxing and Boxing.

We cater from absolute beginners interested in self defence to high level black belt and always welcoming new members.
