As another fantastic week comes to a close, we're incredibly proud of what our VERVE Martial Arts schools continue to achieve across all our local communities!

Every class is about so much more than kicks, punches and belts. It's about helping people, discovering & building confidence they never knew they had, developing respect, resilience and kindness, and giving them the courage to believe in themselves both on and off the mats!

We're also proud to see friendships being built, families training together, and local communities becoming stronger through the positive environment we've created. Every smile, every high five, every personal victory and every new friendship reminds us why we do what we do :-)

To all of our amazing students, parents, instructors and supporters – thank you for being part of our VERVE family. Together we're not just teaching martial arts - we're helping shape confident young people and creating connections, friendships and life skills that last a lifetime!

PS - we have just jumped off a call with one of our instructors who was talking about our inspiring events so the attached photo is a throwback to 2024 when we got many of our GB and USA schools together for an awesome international tournament, the smiles say it all ❤️

✅ Tuesday 14th July - Alvechurch - School meeting - only 6pm is cancelled so please join us in the 7pm class as it will be running as normal

✅ Thursday 30th July - Hagley - Hall maintenance ... so classes will be at Hagley Scout Hut, Hagley, Stourbridge DY9 9LD - 6.00-8.00pm

ENGLAND are playing CONGO in the World Cup knockout stages tonight but our classes are still on as normal!!!

The football kick-off is 5pm but our classes will remain unchanged 6-7pm then 7-8pm

Don’t forget tomorrows interim grading is in the stourport high school 6th form block (where we usually run Monday classes)
Access via Windermere Way, parking next to lifestyle fitness or on the main road.

NB - the grading replaces classes so if you are not grading please train on another evening this week
