This week we’ve been working on floor, bars and beam. Focusing on cartwheels, mounts and dismounts on beam. Straddle undershoots & casts on bars. And back handsprings & conditioning on floor🤸🏼‍♂️💪🏼

Gymnastics is so much more than learning skills. From building strength, flexibility and coordination to developing confidence, focus, resilience and self-belief. Gymnastics helps children grow in so many ways, both inside and outside the gym!🤸🏼‍♂️❤️
