As another fantastic season comes to an end, we’d like to say a huge thank you to our incredible committee.
Behind every training session, match day, tournament, fundraiser, and club event is a group of dedicated volunteers who give up countless hours to keep Amesbury Junior FC running. Their hard work, commitment, and passion often go unseen, but without them, our club simply wouldn’t be what it is.
From organising fixtures and managing the club, to supporting our coaches, players, parents and volunteers, every contribution makes a difference. We are incredibly grateful for everything they do throughout the season.
Thank you for everything you’ve done to make this another memorable year for our players and families. Your dedication helps create a positive, welcoming environment where young footballers can learn, grow, and enjoy the game.

🏆 AJFC Season 25/26 Club Awards 🏆
At our Presentation Day we were proud to recognise some truly outstanding people and one incredible team with our annual club awards.
👏 Chairman’s Shield Award – Tom Freeman
Tom’s commitment to Amesbury Junior Football Club goes far beyond managing football teams. Successfully managing two teams, while also dedicating countless hours as a key member of our grounds and committee team, helping maintain our pitches throughout the season, he is an invaluable part of AJFC. His hard work, passion and selfless dedication to the club make him a thoroughly deserving recipient of this year’s Chairman’s Shield.
👏 Coach of the Year – Chris Grant
Chris has had a fantastic season, successfully managing two teams while also taking on the challenge as a new coach. His commitment to developing players, supporting his teams and continually improving himself by working towards further coaching qualifications in his own time is a credit to both him and the club. A well deserved Coach of the Year.
🏆 Team of the Year – U13 Arrows
An outstanding season for the U13 Arrows saw them crowned League Champions and reach cup finals, but their success goes far beyond trophies. They have been a fantastic group to represent AJFC—consistent, committed, respectful and a pleasure to have around the club. Their achievements both on and off the pitch make them worthy Team of the Year winners.
Congratulations once again to Tom, Chris, the U13 Arrows, and to all of this season’s nominees and award winners. Your commitment, passion and dedication are what make Amesbury Junior Football Club such a special place.
