The feedback received after yesterday's announcement has truely been overwhelming. Thanks everyone 🙏🙏🙏.

It's true that my hard work and energy put into the club and all the students had a positive effect on their lives. Till now I didn't realise quite how much.

It would not have been possible without my teachers, so I would like to extend my deepest gratitude to all my teachers.
Firstly and foremostly to Ron Munns who set me on the path and got me to black sash level in Freestyle Pak mei.

Also to.

R. Lee Sifu, J. Hassall Sensei, Master Dave Turton, G**o K. Godhania, G. Fear Sensei, G. Hearfield Sifu and Master C. Coppini.🙏🙏🙏

It is with a heavy heart that I announce that the club will be shutting it's doors and there will be no longer any classes running. I have run classes since 2008 and have seen many students come and go. Producing Seven black sash instructor level.

Not a bad overview but could have been a little more comprehensive.

He notes Kung Fu for longevity and pure self defence training for the older person.

At KCA we train both!

The benefits of practicing martial arts are many as with any physical activity. The mind, body and spirit connection is there but martial arts is the epitome of this connection . The path provided by martial arts for self development is second to none.

The camaraderie between our kung fu brothers and sisters, sharing this common goal is something quite special.

Yes, you will get this with team sports and combat sports but these have a limited shelf life.

Following the kung fu path has longevity with physical and mental health benefits that can support you into your older years.

It is my hope that here at Kaizen Combat arts that we can build a brother/sisterhood to support the local community.

Our doors are open to ALL.
