Opening times update

🥊 TOWY ABC – OPEN AS USUAL AND GOING STRONG 🥊

The gym is open as normal and It’s great to see so many youngsters pushing themselves, learning new skills, and improving week after week under the guidance of our dedicated coaches.

As always we do not follow school term times so training continues throughout the year with plenty of opportunities to develop, stay active, and be part of our boxing family.

With the warm weather upon us, we’re looking forward to seeing the team dig deep, sweat it out through the heatwave, and continue making progress both inside and outside the ring.

Today, we gather as a family and a community with heavy hearts to say our final goodbye to the man who was the soul of our home.

For fifty-nine years, Cass poured every ounce of his spirit, his sweat, and his love into these four walls, turning a simple gym into a sanctuary for all of us.

He gave everything he had to his boxers and this neighborhood, teaching us that the true fight isn't just about the punches we throw, but the character we build and the way we stand back up when life knocks us down.

As we ring the final bell for our founder today, we honor a legacy that can never be extinguished. Cass, you gave us a family and a home when we needed it most; though we say goodbye now, we know your spirit will be in our corner forever. 🥊
