While I’m not running because of my knee injury. I’m cycling while the dogs get a good run.

I didn’t know bursitis was a thing until my left knee swelled up to twice the size of the right one. No running for me for a week or two. Under the physio’s guidance.

Final day of the newnham bark canicross series. Felt really tired and had a disappointing run. Had to stop to re tie my shoelaces. Think I might have got a 2nd place in the overall series after another competitor turned up and did just the one day but posted a faster time.

Saturday’s race went well with me and Harley knocking about 20 seconds off our previous time. Rain is forecast for tomorrow morning though.

Final weekend of the Newnham bark and I’m sitting in a bedsit waiting to set of to Newnham. Weather forecast is dry today but yet another storm heading this way tomorrow. This is the third race I’ve done here and the weather is set to repeat itself yet again 😩

A little slower but not easier today. Plus my feet are wet are freezing where Harley insists on dragging me through the biggest and deepest puddles 🤪
