Regular exercise is the key to longevity and a healthy enjoyable life!
According to the NHS exercising 5 days a week can reduce the risk of the following:
✅ Coronary Heart Disease
✅ Stroke
✅ Type 2 Diabetes
✅ Cancer
✅ Lowers risk of early death by up to 30%
The great thing about exercise is anyone can do it, no excuses!
Februarys target is to walk 10,000 steps everyday without fail 🏆
Walking is such a great way to stay active and provides amazing benefits in physical, social and mental ways. Go out with a friend, family member or pet whatever you have to do to just go!

Do you struggle to motivate yourself like so many others? 🥱
