A massive well done to my client & friend Andrew William Frisby
Like a lot of people Andrew couldn’t do a single pull up and he made it a goal to manage a single pull up.
✅ Easy
Close grip, wide grip, reversed, super slow he’s done them all
On Wednesday this week he did weighted pulls up with 10kg 3 x 5 reps & surprised himself!
Another example of dedication not only getting you to your goal but exceeding it by miles!
