Bodyweight in lbs = 1g of protein
Bodyweight in Kg x 2-2.2 = Xg of protein
It’s as easy as that.
Bonus - to find out how many kcals that is, take amount of protein x 4 = kcals of protein.

After having 2 major shoulder operations my surgeon advised me to swim but after 3 years of swimming 5 days a week I decided I needed a change and cam was recommended to me by someone at the local sports centre.
I explained to him in detail about my situation and that it will be a challenge for him to find exercise and a fitness programme that won’t compromise or aggravate the operations. He asked me lots of questions and asked me to show him what movements I have and also what I like to do in my spare time which is to play golf.
We’re now 8 months down the line and the results have been amazing and I can’t thank him enough for all the advice he has given me and the constant little tweaks to the routines have enabled not only for my shoulders to get stronger but also for the extra yardage in my golf game.
