The Beachbootycamp is a women's only fitness camp, aimed at strengthening the core, sculpting the bum and toning the body.

Women's only fitness bootcamp. 3 days per week. Circuits, body weight, low weight and high intensity sessions targeting those common problem areas. Join our friendly group of ladies and let us help you reach your health and fitness goals.

I’m currently on holiday and whilst ordering food in a restaurant I got to thinking. When we are on a health kick and trying to better our lives we are so conditioned into ordering what’s ‘healthy’ on the menu like a Caesar salad. What most people don’t realise is that with the dressing, cheese etc etc your ‘healthy’ salad is crammed with high calories and won’t actually keep you full for long. Don’t fall into this trap; if you want to eat a curry then order a curry 🤤😋
