Running for cover, chasing their friends, ducking, hiding, laughing, working as a team, and already planning their next move.

Being active here at Ironsight does not feel like exercise - in all honesty, they’re far too busy having fun to think about how much they’re moving. Whether it’s Laser Tag, Splatmaster or Paintball, give them an hour away from the screens and into the action.

Fancy a job where sitting behind a desk definitely isn’t part of the description?

We’re looking for enthusiastic and reliable people to join the Ironsight team and help us deliver the brilliant experiences our visitors come for.

One day you could be helping run a birthday party, the next a corporate event or even heading off-site with us. You’ll be working outdoors, meeting loads of different people and helping make sure everyone has a safe, fun and memorable time at Ironsight.

You don’t need to be an expert in Laser Tag, Paintball, Splatmaster or Ai***ft. Full training is provided - what matters is that you’re confident, friendly, dependable and enjoy working with children, families and groups.

Applicants must be 16+, able to travel to our site in Goodworth Clatford, Andover, and happy with flexible and varied work.

One day, they’ll be grown up. The school holidays will look different, weekends together will become harder to organise and they’ll have places to be, people to see and adventures of their own to chase.

But right now, they’re still asking what you’re doing this weekend. They’re still running everywhere instead of walking. Still getting ridiculously competitive. Still laughing with their friends until their sides hurt. Still asking, “Can we go again?”

Those are the days worth making the most of, and here, we get to see families and friends making those memories every week. Running, hiding, working together, trying something new and having the sort of fun that doesn’t need a screen.
