Proof that weight loss isnβt always linear, there are ups and downs and it can be a tough ride at times.
Attempting to switch the focus from scale weight to focusing on getting stronger, hitting calorie/macro goals and the rest will take care of itself π
Frankie can now deadlift 80kg, leg press over 170kg and chest press 30kg ποΈββοΈ π€© at the same time as changing her body composition!

When I say group exercise has its place but REAL progress is made on the gym floor⦠Marzena is absolute living proof.
Placed in a slight calorie deficit, in this time Marzena managed to progress through to:
ποΈββοΈ 40kg squat (admitted she was proud of this)
πͺπΌ 30kg bench press
Learning and lifting weights can be scary but taking that step out your comfort zone, learning new techniques you can really push yourself to develop lean muscle, get stronger and become the best version of you!

Eloise started with home based work outs and unsure of entering a gymβ¦
We ended with her getting her own membership, conquering her first runs and smashing 40kg squats, 80kg leg press and building incredible upper body strength! πͺπΌ
