Every great program has power and speed training as a staple ingredient to athletic improvement. This little sprint session got everyone flying down the hill. Saturday is always a community WOD for us at AFS. The sun was out, the 4 workouts were tough and the effort was off the charts. I need to work on my live streaming but all in all a great Saturday all round. If you want to get involved comment “free” and I’ll send you a 7 day free trial.
Our strength sessions get a little competitive sometimes. Healthy competition of course. As you can hear nothing but the best support 😂. Banter is a key part of our community and we encourage it.
