🌟During this pandemic, meltdowns may be more common than ever before. (that may even include us adults😢)
🌟 As a parent I too have experienced this and I am reminded what I teach.
🌟 BREATHE🌟
🌟 Our breath is so powerful.
🌟Very early into the Foundation Workshop, I will ask the attendees to close their eyes and notice their breath.
🌟 It is amazing to think that we are breathing all the time but how much notice do we pay to our breath?
🌟How often do we thank our breath?
🌟Do we think about where our oxygen comes from?
🌟It is amazing the changes that come when we slow down and breathe. The next part CALM will appear.
