Our 4-Week Padel Foundations Course with Coach Paddy is designed to give you a proper introduction to the game and help you build those all-important foundations from day one.

Over the four weeks, you’ll learn the basics, develop good technique, understand positioning and how the game works, and most importantly, build the confidence to get out there and play! 🎾

Think of it as setting yourself up properly before you set off on your padel journey. Good habits, good foundations and plenty of fun along the way. 💪

Been hearing everyone talk about padel but still haven’t actually tried it? 👀

You don’t need to be sporty, you don’t need to know the rules, and you definitely don’t need to have three other people lined up to play with you!

At Padel Society, there are a couple of really easy ways to get started 👇

🎾 COACHING

If you’re completely new, a coaching session is a brilliant introduction. Learn the basics, get to grips with the racket, understand the rules and scoring, and build a little confidence before jumping into games.

And you don’t need to buy anything before giving it a go. Rackets, balls and equipment are provided as part of our coaching sessions. 🙌

☕ SOCIAL PADEL

Once you know the basics, our socials are one of the best ways to start playing regularly.

But what IS a padel social?

It’s simply an organised 90-minute session where you book yourself in and we take care of the rest.

🔄 Play with different people throughout the session
⏱️ Short, rotating matches
😊 Relaxed, friendly atmosphere
☕ Grab a coffee, have a chat and meet other players

Our daytime socials are particularly lovely for anyone who wants a relaxed introduction to playing with other people:

You’ll find a real mix of people at our socials, and plenty originally arrived knowing absolutely nobody.

Padel is easy to pick up, ridiculously addictive once you get going, and the social side is a huge part of what makes it so much fun. 💛

We’re running two 45-minute Intro to Padel sessions on Monday 20th, with 8 spaces available per session.

🕠 5:45pm–6:30pm

Perfect if you’ve never played before or want to build your confidence. Our experienced coach Arie will cover:

✅ Scoring
✅ Court positioning
✅ Gameplay fundamentals
