12 weeks for Dean!
Dean has improved in strength whilst losing weight! π€
His motivation was excellent even with working long hours consuming most of his day, he still managed to come in every session and give it his allπͺπΌ

12 weeks for Matthew Gracey! π€―
Big transformation for him, lifting numbers hes never touched before and pushed himself to the max when improving his cardio.
Unbelievable results for someone who came to me to get back into fitness after a long covid intervention, youβre well on track now lad.π

12 weeks completed for David.
His physique has changed dramatically and his lifting ability has sky rocketed since day 1
Davids determination and effort was amazing throughout the program and his body is proof of it, well done David ππ»

8 weeks for David.
These 4 weeks Davids lifting form and strength were the main targets and he has excelled in both!
Big changes in his physique and posture also.

8 weeks for Matthew Gracey!
He has improved in his lifting form, volume and max strength.
Additionally matty has gained 4kg of lean mass since the beginning with most of it coming from these last 4 weeks!

Within 4 weeks he has rapidly improved, lifting numbers he didnt expect so soon! π
Matty has kept his focus not only on his physical training but his diet too and the mix of both has helped him perform so well

Annnd meet David, this is his 4 week progression.
David has been determined and a hard worker throughout and the results are a reflection of that!
Hes achieved an increase of muscle mass and an improvement in cardio with minor weight loss achieved too! Lets keep it going lad!
