Look I get it...
The basic foundations don't look very sexy on paper or even reality...
BUT
At the end of the day...
Healthy and sustainable fat loss ALWAYS boils down to the absolute basics no matter what!!!
Strength training 2-3 times a week...
Getting adequate Protein everyday...
Getting great quality sleep...
Doing light cardio instead of spending endless hours on the treadmill...
Creating a positive environment of CHANGE that will work for you!!!
ALL THE BASICS WORK!!!
NOT the bullsh!t some social media influencers try to sell you!!!
Spend more time nailing down the basics instead of the fads that you continue to use and waste your precious time and money on!!!

Why should you workout???
More importantly why aren't you working out?!?
A healthy, strong body is ๐๐๐ก๐ when it comes to holding back the hands of father time..
However..
Its not the only thing that helps!!!
Having a healthy and strong ๐ ๐๐ก๐๐ฆ๐๐ง is also ๐๐๐ก๐! ๐๐ป
Studies show that there is approximately a 20% to 30% lower risk of ๐๐๐ฃ๐ฅ๐๐ฆ๐ฆ๐๐ข๐ก and ๐๐๐ ๐๐ก๐ง๐๐ for adults participating in daily physical exercise ๐๐ก๐ can be an alternative source of treatment for depression alone...
Pretty awesome when you look at the statistics am I right?!?!
After you workout your body releases endorphins which is why you feel ๐จ๐ก๐๐๐๐๐๐ฉ๐๐๐๐ after a good session.. ๐ช
I always feel so much better after I have trained.. ๐๐ฉ๐๐ก if those burpees sucked like a motherf****r!!! ๐
So what about the next time you feel down and low..

21st Feburary 2018...
My first ever personal training session..

The significance behind this date is crazy though and makes up a big reason why I celebrate it..
For little was I to know the path I was set to follow after this day..
Now 4 years on, reflecting back and what I have achieved and the people I have helped in that time is what continues to drive me towards being a great coach...
Yes, its not all sunshine and rainbows..
There have been days I wanted to quit..
Days were I felt hypocritical..
Tears and frustration were had..
But at the end of the day, if I can help change just one person's life - that is the ๐๐๐๐๐๐ฆ๐ง reward I could ever imagine!!!
Helping people the same way I was helped is my ๐ช๐๐ฌ for being a coach..
I believe in every single client - past, present or future that I can help them achieve the impossible and help them to start believing in themselves..

Ok now that I have your attention ๐
Look I know itโs easy to get lost when you have no direction..
For years I didnโt look after my health or body..
I was eating junk food every single day and would have laughed in your face if you suggested going for a walk let alone join a gymโฆ
I wasnโt seeing the bigger picture!!!
But when my mental health started to play up and affect my everyday life thatโs when I knew I needed to change my ways ๐๐ฆ๐๐ฃ...
And thats where the gym comes in..
Now over the last few years being in this fitness culture I have learned a lot of things..
I no longer train to just try and "look great"...
I train to keep my mental and physical health happy and healthy so I will have a better quality of life...
I feel like ๐ฆ๐จ๐ฃ๐๐ฅ๐ ๐๐ก after I have trained ๐

But I finally got the message that ๐ฌ๐ข๐จ๐ฅ ๐๐๐๐๐ง๐ ๐๐ฆ ๐๐ก๐๐๐๐ ๐ฌ๐ข๐จ๐ฅ ๐ช๐๐๐๐ง๐ and since I put getting my mental and physical health in a better place first...
Itโs put me on a path now to help you do the same ladies!!! ๐ฅ๐ฅ๐ฅ

The classic "I don't have the time" excuse...
We've all been there..
Including me!!!
Thing is though...
You literally do not have to workout for an hour..
Doing something for 20 minutes a day is WAAAAY better than doing absolutely nothing!!!
Finding the time to workout should NOT be a problem for you...
It all comes down to your priorities...
If getting in shape and becoming a healthier version of yourself really matters to you...
YOU WILL FIND A WAY - NOT AN EXCUSE!!!
Commit to what you are willing to SUSTAIN..
