It seems we’ve had an unexpected visitor join the gym today… a rather furry fitness enthusiast! 🐱💪

This lovely cat strutted in like they owned the place, ready to work on their purr-sonal best, but after a few minutes of cardio (a quick lap and a curious sniff around), they decided maybe home workouts were more their style. 💤

We’ve checked the QR code on their collar, but it doesn’t seem to be working, so if this is your adventurous feline, please send us a message! We’re keeping them safe and sound while they take a well-deserved rest from all that exercise. 🐾❤️

😎 SUMMER CLASS TIMETABLE 😎

We are excited to release our Summer class timetable for 2025!!!

We have added a 'Box to keep fit' class on a Tuesday morning 06:30 - 07:15 and Thursday evening 18:00 - 18:45!! Please note some of the current class times may have changed. Paper copies of this timetable will be available from reception.

This timetable comes into effect from this week (5th of MAY 2025). As always we would like to thank all our members for their continuous support!
