A huge well done and thank you to everyone who has attended and supported our ICO โ International Combat Organisation Midlands Points Combat Workshops as we prepare for the ICO World Championships in France this October!
Today marked our 6th and final Midlands session, bringing together months of hard work, commitment and preparation.
Across the six workshops, we have covered numerous concepts โ developing timing, movement, distance, reactions, tactics, decision-making and competition awareness, while continuing to build confidence and sharpen performances.
The attitude and effort throughout these sessions have been fantastic. Every workshop has been another opportunity to learn, improve and come together with one shared goal.
The preparation has been done.โจThe work has been put in.
Now we are READY.
A massive thank you to every fighter, from up and down the country who has contributed to these sessions and created such a positive training environment.
There is a real sense of excitement about what lies ahead.
France 2026 โ weโre coming ready!
