GRIT GAMES IS HERE! 🩵🔥

We’re incredibly excited to announce the very first Grit Games, taking place on Saturday 12th September we will be celebrating our 4th birthday and raising money for Holly’s Heroes charity!

Grab a partner and take on a fun but challenging workout designed to test strength and determination.

This event is about more than just competing. It’s about coming together as a community and raising money for an amazing charity that makes a real difference to children battling cancer and their families.

MEMBER OF THE MONTH 👏🏼💪🏼

Clark is July’s member of the month.

Over the last couple months he’s completely locked in.

Setting himself a 6 week challenge before his holiday, staying consistent with his nutrition, maintaining a calorie deficit and still turning up every session ready to put the work in.

The result? A huge amount of weight lost while getting fitter and ticking of one of his goals for this year.

Since joining Grit13 Zak has fully committed to the process and the results speak for themselves.

Over our 6 Week challenge he dropped an incredible 5kg of body fat while maintaining his muscle, all through consistency, hard work and following the plan.
