“Get fit” is abstract. Easy to skip. Easy to push to next week.
“Get ready for this” has a proper deadline. That’s the difference.
It’s the shift that actually changes behaviour.
And I’ve watched it happen multiple times with clients, the moment they book an event.
Matt’s a perfect example.
The second his Hyrox confirmation came though, we had a date locked in on the calendar.
Training stopped being a vague intention and became a mission with a proper test attached.
Something new and exciting, that unlocked new motivation for this next phase.
And so the message is very simple. Give yourself something to get ready for.
Capability over aesthetics. A reason over a vague goal.
Comment “READY” if you want help preparing for that first event.
