We set out to create what, in our eyes, a fitness retreat should be!

Wholesome delicious food, amazing accommodation, progressively hard fitness, and stunning views, all connected via a hard-working, enthusiastic group of people.

What an incredible weekend it was!

Seven months of planning, organising, creating, and building the very first TF Retreat paid off, and we cannot thank everyone who helped us along the way.

The biggest thank you goes to those who took the risk and joined us on the weekend; they stepped into a retreat that had no past experience or personal reviews, no footage, or known details. You guys made that weekend happen! 💚

We cannot wait to start sharing more pictures and details from the weekend, but here are a few to help you see what we all got up to! 📸

It’s time to say THANK YOU!

With us now going into the final week until our very first retreat, we need to say thank you to absolutely everyone who has supported, liked, shared, entered our competition, commented, wished us good luck in person, or just generally interacted with us regarding the launch of our very first retreat!
 
An even bigger thank you to our sponsors!
It’s a hard task to reach out to the companies we love to see if they are interested in collaborating with us, especially when we are not able to showcase what we have to offer.
 

The guys are incredible! Such a friendly team that work with they produce the most sensational protein bars on the planet!


Another wonderful team to work with, you’ll have seen producing some fantastic meals using a huge variety of their tasty oils! We love them!
 

We are sure you’ve heard of these before!
The vibe and method behind how these guys produce their low-sugar, high-protein, but actually tasty cereal is what we love!
 

This is a pretty new company, but they have a huge amount of experience and knowledge in the fitness world and stocking the highest of quality fitness supplements. The FGS team have supported us hugely with the retreat, and we can’t wait to showcase what they offer!

Last but not least, a huge thank you to for supplying the workout equipment for the weekend and making sure all of our guests are going to be working hard in their classes!

WE ARE GETTING CLOSER! 🗓️
The 7th of June is soon approaching and we can finally open the doors to those attending our very first Retreat! The Countryside Edition.

▪️The picturesque Staffordshire walking routes are planned.
▪️The delicious food by has been tried and tested.
▪️The fitness and recovery aspects by are prepped and ready.
▪️The group chat has everyone excited.
