This was me in 2015, not my best look! After a marriage breakdown and a health scare I knew it was time to get back in control of my health and fitness. I have two children with additional needs and they deserved a mum that was up to the job. So, I took the bull by the horns and made one of the best decisions of my life. I ditched my unhealthy eating habits and joined a gym. It not only changed me physically, but most importantly, it changed my mental and emotional state. So much so that I trained to become a personal trainer. Now, at 56, and fully qualified, it is my passion to help others achieve their goals and gain the confidence to step out of their comfort zone.
