We asked Chantelle to share what Mummy & Baby at REFORMII has meant to her - from feeling welcomed and completely judgement-free, to supporting her physical recovery and overall wellbeing after having children.

Our weekly Mummy & Baby class isn’t just about getting back into exercise. It’s about moving your body, rebuilding strength, looking after yourself and having a space where you feel comfortable doing it.

If you’re looking for a welcoming, supportive way to move your body after having your little one, we’d love to have you join us.
