It has been so incredibly lovely seeing you all back on the mat in September. The energy in the studio right now is everything, and as we count down to our 1st Anniversary on 10th October, we have a few updates to make your weekly practice feel even better.

To ensure our space stays uncrowded and deeply personal, we are reshaping our memberships to focus on realistic, feel-good consistency. Going forward, our schedule will revolve around our Mini Membership (1 class a week) and our brand-new Core Membership (2 classes a week - keep your eyes peeled for those details dropping soon!).

UNPOPULAR TAKE: Your Monday reset isn’t working because motivation is rubbish.

It’s a new month and we have a new micro habit: creating a habit.

We’ve all been there: Sunday evening, you’re feeling a bit overwhelmed, but want to improve your life. You decide that starting tomorrow you’re going to drink 3 litres of water, wake up at 5am, hit the studio (gym/run) daily, quit sugar, and become that girl/guy.

International Self Care Day is 24/7 and the date isn’t an accident. If you only think of self care when you’re already burnt out, you’re playing catch up. The real flex is practising it 24/7.

Now, I’m not suggesting you walk everywhere with collagen eye patches on (though no judgment here!), or start and end your day on a shakti mat (I mean, what’s not to like about a bed of nails!?).
