It’s yet another lovely Tuesday evening for the Bike night at the Doghouse micro pub, Evegate business centre just off the A20 near Ashford.
Starts as always at 1800 so pop along for decent company, a great mixture of bikes, good food and cheap drinks.
Unfortunately due to work commitments I won’t be there today.
But if anyone takes pictures can they send them over so I can do a montage of them.

Cracking day out with the Ashford ride outs crew and more.
The Butchers hook cafe at heathfield was the destination and it seems that it was for every other biker in the southeast, front and rear parking absolutely full.
Despite the huge numbers food came in good time, no mistakes and the high standards of preparation and ingredients the cafe is famous for.
From there on to Hastings and another stop at Rye for coffee and ice creams.
As always, good company relaxed atmosphere and a few laughs thrown in for free.
If today was the last warm and dry ride out this season I’m so pleased I was there with everyone to enjoy it.

This weekends Sunday ride out is to the butcher’s hook cafe .
Meeting at 0900 great chart bypass on the A28 Singleton.
Getting underway at 0915.
As always classic and 125 L plate friendly….. even the Harley’s can keep up! 😂

Another very sociable Tuesday night meet up at The Doghouse micro pub, Evegate business park nr Ashford.
Not aware if a bike of the night was picked but I loved the Mickey Mouse 🐭 special edition scooter .
Don’t forget ride out on Sunday to the very good Butchers hook cafe. Meeting at 0900 on the A28 lay-by Ashford on Tenterden bound side. ( there’s a burger van here most days).
As usual classic and 125 friendly so suitable for all abilities.

Today’s ride out with Ashford bike lot was as always well attended and friendly.
I joined them at Tescos Ashford, before a ride out to Airport cafe for breakfast and on to charity bike show at Dover. As always, good food, great company and laughter a plenty.

This weeks Tuesday meet at The Doghouse micro pub, Evegate business centre was again blessed with sunshine and a decent bunch of attendees.
As previous weeks bike of the night winner wasn’t in attendance Dave asked me to pick bike of the night.
My criteria is I favour built not bought and Nick Dray is a well known builder of fabulous bikes with a twist and much like Henry Fords statement about the model T you can have any colour so long as it’s Black, all of Nicks bikes are black usually with grey and white or silver. So good is the painting many people assume it’s a factory option they didn’t know about for that model.
So for me his better than mint ZXR1100 was a clear choice although the standard of bikes attending The Doghouse is pretty high.
I have to admit the honour for the bike getting the most attention has to go to the blue folding motorcycle which the owner was happy to chat about and demonstrate it’s folding and unfolding party trick.
This Sundays ride out is as usual meet at 0930 Tesco crooksfoot with a view to leave at 1000.
To Airport cafe and on to charity bike show at Dover with I believe 69 club.
Forecast is great so don’t miss this opportunity to get out on your bike with good company.
As always these Ashford bike night rides are for everyone including classics and L plate riders.

This bike night season refuses to die, so it’s Tuesday, it’s warm and sunny so you know the drill bring out your favourite toys again before the dark nights and horrible weather comes.
