I have worked for the Emergency Ambulance Service for over 10 years, firstly I am a parent and secondly a health care professional, Something that has struck me over the years is the lack of First Aid Training for EVERYONE. We have children and from the very beginning it becomes apparent that these little bundles of joys do NOT come with an instruction manual. Nothing is more frightening than when
the worst happens and you need help. everything from a graze to a seizure. Young and old it can happen to anyone. I have seen most things that life has to throw at you and the one thing that is always the same is people asking what they could have done? The look of fear and feeling of helplessness because they were not sure what to do. So I decided to increase my training to teach others so you know what to do until the professionals arrive. I am passionate to give you the skills to help your family in their time of need and give you the confidence to help others when the time comes. I have had to use these skills for real in both my work and family life and want to pass this knowledge on So this is for all you parents new and old, Grandparents, Uncles and Aunts and anyone and everyone. We are able to come to you and teach your in groups or as a family, Informal and fun and just 3 short hours. The course covers the following
