Thank you for inviting me to present at a rather ungodly time of just after 7am this morning Shepperton Aurora 🫣.

The energy, connection and humour were infectious and made me rethink the idea of early mornings 😅 maybe there is something to it.

Its a wonderful group who look out for each other and truly do so much good for the local community and charities all over the world.

You made me feel so welcome and I truly appreciate the conversations we shared about the importance of human connection and the choices available to stay independent in later life.
