Hi guys, me again 🤗 I am running 100km in October for WECare worldwide, they are a non funded charity and rely solely on donations to help the 3 million street dogs in Sri Lanka.
Please sponsor me if you can, any donation is greatly appreciated, I am very grateful for your help and so are the doggos 🐶 Thank you so much, Bex 🫶🏼💛 WECare Worldwide Dr Janey Lowes

We hiked ⛰️ We climbed a via ferrata 🧗 We ate all the pizza 🍕 and pasta 🍝 drank all the w**e 🍷 BUT mostly, we laughed, we had so much fun with our amazing family and friends, we lived 🙌🏼 Onto our next adventure 🫶🏼❤️

Proud PT moment 🚨
Massive shoutout to this absolute legend, Lynnette, who has lost almost 5 stone… yes, FIVE! 🥳🔥
When we first started our PT sessions, Lynnette was a 4 on the Bad Girl scale… and now she’s down to a 1 👏 That’s serious progress right there!
But the real win isn’t just the numbers — it’s the commitment, the consistency, and showing up even on the days it felt tough. That’s what makes results like this happen.
Lynnette, you are absolutely smashing it and I couldn’t be more proud 🫶🏼
And for anyone looking at this thinking “I could never do that…” — trust me, that’s exactly how most journeys start. One session, one step, one decision at a time.
If Lynnette can do it… so can you. Let’s do it together 💪🏼🔥👏
