Vaishali reached out to me from California.

Second baby. Career. A body she didn’t recognise anymore. And a belief, like most people carry into this, that getting results would mean restriction, sacrifice, and giving up the foods that felt like home.

She was wrong. And she’ll tell you that herself.

By the time she had graduated from Team Rize, she had visible abs for the first time in her life. Not just post-baby, ever.

She was going to the beach without a second thought. Walking into the gym without shrinking. And eating the same foods she’d always loved.
What changed wasn’t her diet. It was the framework around it.

She went from self-conscious to genuinely confident. From managing her body to understanding it.
That’s the work.

If you’re at that point where you know something has to change, not next quarter, not after the next project, and you want to understand what a process built specifically for your physique, your culture, your schedule actually looks like:

You don’t have a genetics problem. You have a system problem.

South Asian men and women have been handed advice built for someone else’s body: cut the carbs, skip the roti, do 500 crunches. And still the belly stays.

Here’s what no one talks about:

Your insulin response, your cultural eating patterns, your hormones, they all work differently. And no mainstream fitness plan accounts for any of it.

We built one that does.

Real transformations. Home food. Wedding season included. Arsenal Saturdays too.

If you’re South Asian and abs is your goal, this was made for you.

👇 DM me “ABS” and let’s get started.

Rita joined Team Rise last September and 8 months later she’s down 18.4kg, without giving up a single thing she loves about food. As a self-confessed foodie and mum of two, that was the deal-breaker when choosing a program. No extreme plans. No unsustainable restrictions. Just real support, smart choices, and a lifestyle she can actually stick to.

The best part? Her 8-year-old is now checking cereal boxes for protein. 🙌

18.4kg. 8 months. Still eating her favourite meals. This is what sustainable looks like.
