Have you ever tried Chair Yoga? 🪑🧘‍♀️

It’s an amazing way to practise yoga without having to get down on the mat.

Chair & Standing Yoga is for everyone. It can help improve mobility, flexibility and strength, while practising postures both seated and standing. We also connect with our breath, helping us to slow down and reduce stress and anxiety🌿

So… why not give it a go? 😊
