Great end to the Gems summer league this evening with three fantastic wins and amazing overall league results! Our As came away as Champions and both our Bs and Cs take second place in their respective divisions. What a fabulous summer of netball for our young athletes once again! 💜🖤💜🖤🎉🎉🎉🎉

Our fabulous Walking Netballers took their End of Season social outdoors yesterday, with a lovely warm evening walk and pizza at The Barn on Ashtead Common. Netball is a sport for all and the friendships that grow from our brilliant sport are something to be treasured 💜🖤💜🖤

Three great matches for our adult teams at Summer league last night, with the As and Bs taking strong wins and the Cs just losing out in a strongly contested match. Well done all! 🎉🎉🎉

Four of our U10s got to form the guard of honour on court yesterday, with their school team, at the Mavericks v Pulse match at Wembley! What a fabulous experience! 🤩

Last weekend saw the last of the SJNL fixtures played in beautiful sunshine! What a season it has been with highs and lows, wins and losses, but throughout, our amazing young athletes have worked hard, shown great resilience and played some amazing netball!

Overall, our results have been brilliant with many teams being awarded medals, some just missing out, but no matter the result, the smiles prove that we have a club full of young women and girls who absolutely love their sport!

The coaches, parents and supporters are super proud of them all! 💜🖤💜🖤🎉🥳🎉🥳

Chris, my husband, who many of you know, has devised this new Netball Scoring App which allows you to tailor the score card to the game being played, e.g. team names/colours, number of quarters, length of quarters. It clearly shows centre passes, time out timers, break down of quarter scores, etc. It keeps a record of scores once the match has ended. Any operator errors are easily rectified and it is easy to use. We have rigorously tested it, but if you can see ways it can be improved in an update, feel free to let us know.

This app will be great for umpires/scorers, but also for coaches who want to keep track as the game progresses. Please take a look and any feedback will be happily received.
