Come and join us in our private studio, where we offer dedicated and specialist spin classes. With full instructions provided, we cater for all levels from spinning novice to experience cyclist. Whether you are training for an event or just looking to get into shape, spinning is a fantastic exercise.

Reigate Mamils - day 5. Susa to Turin via the Colle de Finestre and Sestriere. 87 miles and over 2400m of climbing.

Reigate Mamils day 4
Whilst I’m picking Chase the sun bikes up and chatting to Big Mig -
Darren was on support for the Mamils
80m and 2600m of climbing. Modane to Susa via Mont Cenis and the mighty Col de I’Iseran.

Temperatures were the biggest hurdle and over 35 degrees

Reigate Mamils - day 3. Briancon to Modane. Col du Lautaret then on to the Galibier.
56miles and 2000metres of climbing.
Tough day in the heat and plenty of mechanicals to sort out to keep them on the road.

Reigate Mamils - day 2 tour of the alps.
Saluzzo in Italy over the border to Briancon in France, via the Colle de Agnello, 2,744m. It’s one of the highest passes, then an amazing descent to climb the Col d’izoard, then into Briancon. 78miles, super tough day for the riders

After a nice overnighter in Reims, a 550mile route through France and over the border to Italy. Now in Alba just south of Turin for the start of the Reigate mamils alps tour. Whilst one van supports tomorrow, the other van goes to Cesenatico for Chase The Sun, Italy
