Just to let folks know this time last week my Ellie passed away . My baby from 7 weeks until she was 14 and a half. By my side for most of her life. I took her with me to train the hundreds of private clients I’ve taught over the years to the thousands of bootcamps I taught. I spent 18 years as a front line police officer in the Met many a shift having a risk or danger to my life. I would come home after a long nights work so exhausted I didn’t know what day it was . She would be waiting for me at my front door wanting treats and a cuddle. This would make it all worthwhile. We took her to the Lake District every year. Hiking over mountains and swimming in the lakes. Her park was Fortyfoot rec in leatherhead. Everybody there knew ellie. I’m having her cremated next week and will spread some of her ashes there so when I teach there she will be with me. I’m totally heartbroken. My best friend who I loved . Rest in peace my beautiful Bootcamp princess 🐕
