Something a bit different this month 👀 On Saturday 3rd October, 08:15–09:15am, the team from Prime Health and Performance are joining us for a performance nutrition seminar as part of Fort Games — covering fuelling, recovery, hydration, supplements, competition day prep, and a Q&A.

There’ll also be a rehydration & refuel station with drinks, energy bars and smoothies to keep you going before the next session.

It’s free for Fort47 members (on us!) – and open to non-members too for £5. Spaces limited, so drop us a message if you’d like to come along.
