Player of the Week ⭐️

With an unbeaten 62 yesterday, Matt Clements is our Player of the Week in the penultimate week of the season!

Opening the batting again, he and his brother Adam put on a century partnership to chase down 116, and Matt top scored.

He also took two fantastic grabs at second slip in the first innings (check out our Instagram story to watch them)

Congratulations Matt! Stepping up when we need you most 🤜

1 match = 1 win ✅️

And what a win it was for our 1st XI! Victory by 10 wickets away from home 😲

A fiery opening spell from Joe Privett (3-11) broke open the game, followed up by Will Forbes (3-28) and Kieran Fowler (3-33) as they all finished with 3 wickets apiece.

In the run chase it was the Clements show as the opening partnership of Matt (62*) and Adam (51*) scored twin half centuries to see us over the line.

Unbeaten in four weeks, it comes down to the last game of the season to see if they can earn a well deserved 3rd place league finish.
