We’ve had an issue with our email system and haven’t been receiving emails sent to us from the 13th up until today.

This issue has now been fixed, however unfortunately, any emails that were sent to us during this period have been lost and will not come through to us now that the issue has been resolved.

Laura took this selfie before one of her teaching shifts.

Before getting married.
Before having Eva.
Before moving out of her parents house.
Before The Jelli Swim Academy.
Before all the things she never could have imagined were coming her way.

But one thing has always stayed constant, teaching swimming. 🏊‍♀️💜

There’s something so special about this job. You can walk into work with the weight of the world on your shoulders, but for those few hours you spend in the pool with the children in your classes, everything else disappears.

And I think that’s why Laura has kept doing this for so many years.

Because we really do have the best job in the world. 🥹

If you told the Laura in this photo that one day she’d be running her own swim school, building a community of swimmers and renovating her very own swimming pool alongside one of her best friends, she probably wouldn’t believe you.

10 years on and what started as a teaching job has become so much more than that.

Here’s to the girl in the photo… she had absolutely no idea what was coming. 💜🪼
